Submission of this vendor application does NOT reserve a vendor space; submission of this application does NOT guarantee approval.
At this time vendor spaces are limited to 2 spaces, in any combination, per vendor. Vendors who want 2 spaces please see the following example(s)
For your total of 2 vendor spaces you may choose ONE of the following options:
-2 In Line/Row 10x10 booths = 2 booth spaces
OR
-1 End Cap/'Premium' 10x10 booth and 1 In Line/Row 10x10 booth = 2 booth spaces
By submitting this electronic application, you confirm that you have read the vendor terms and conditions and agree to comply in their entirety.
If approved, vendors will have ONE WEEK to pay their vendor invoice in FULL. Approved vendors will be able to purchase their booth via PayPal invoice from Good Journey LLC (the company that owns Toylanta and Joelanta). Invoices will be sent to the email address you provided in your vendor application.
All payments are final. Vendor booths cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged or resold.
Artist tables are available in limited quantity and will be strictly sold to artists only. Any inquiry for an artist space needs to be emailed to our vendor coordination team at toylantavendor@gmail.com.
ANY & ALL questions, concerns or requests not covered in the above application, vendor terms & conditions, and the above additional information should be emailed to the vendor coordination team at toylantavendor@gmail.com. If a question, concern or request merits a phone conversation, the vendor coordination team will respond to your email to schedule that with you. IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE INQUIRIES OUTSIDE OF THIS OFFICIAL CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE OR THAT IT CAN BE HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
