Upon arrival at Gas South Convention Center: Check in with a Toylanta representative to ensure loading dock is available. Loading in or out of any merchandise or equipment is only allowed by the Convention Center via the loading dock. We are not permitted to load any merchandise or equipment in or out through the front of the convention center.

Once granted access to the loading dock, vendors are to unload merchandise and equipment in a timely manner to their designated booth space(s). Before beginning booth set up, vendors are required to move their vehicle(s) to the parking deck (deck 1) to allow other vendors access to the loading dock. The convention center is fully booked for the weekend and access to the loading dock is limited to an allotted number of vendors at one time. Vendors staying at the event sponsored hotel may choose to utilize the hotel parking lot instead of the parking deck.

Friday 27th March 2026

7:01 AM – 4:00 PM load in: Exhibit Halls A&B (Main Downstairs Show Floor)

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Show Floors open for Early Access Shopping for VIP Ticket Holders

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Show Floors open for General Admission

8:00 PM – 8:30 PM – Vendors have 30 minutes to shut down their booths for the evening. No one will be granted re-entry to the show floors until 8:00 AM Saturday March 28.

*Vendor badges grant VIP access to all the after-hours events (except the pizza party at the hotel); this includes the ability to participate in BOTH lobby swaps. The lobby swaps will take place at the convention center this year in the upstairs common areas in front of and around Peachtree, Magnolia, Sycamore & Maple. So, we will have much more space for the Lobby swaps than we have had in the previous 3-4 years. See the main convention schedule for the after-hours events.

Sunday 29th March 2026

9:00 AM Vendors allowed access to all show floors

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM Show Floors open for Early Access Shopping for VIP Ticket Holders

10:30 AM – 4:30 PM Show Floors open for General Admission

4:30 PM – Vendor Breakdown BEGINS. No one is permitted to carry any merchandise or equipment in or out through the front of the convention center; access to the loading dock begins at 4:30 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted. We are under contract for this timeframe. Any vendor found to be in violation could incur a monetary penalty from the convention center and your ability to participate in future Good Journey LLC shows including but not limited to Toylanta, Joelanta and Rangerstop and Pop Atlanta could be denied.

10:30 PM – Vendor Breakdown must be completed and all areas of convention center vacated
