At this time vendor spaces are limited to a maximum of 4 - 8 foot tables located in the Power Up Event Area upstairs. 1-2 tables will come with 1 vendor badge and 1 chair; 3-4 tales will come with 2 vendor badges & 2 chairs. Any vendor wishing to be notified about a 10x10 space or extra tables in the event of a cancellation can indicate that in the 'notes' section of the application. 8 foot tables cannot be moved or reconfigured in any way and must remain in original position of assigned floor layout.

By submitting this electronic application, you confirm that you have read the vendor terms and conditions and agree to comply in their entirety.

If approved, vendors will have ONE WEEK to pay their vendor invoice in FULL. Approved vendors will be able to purchase their booth via PayPal invoice from Good Journey LLC (the company that owns Toylanta and Joelanta). Invoices will be sent to the email address you provided in your vendor application.

All payments are final. Vendor booths cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged or resold.

Artist tables are available in limited quantity and will be strictly sold to artists only. Any inquiry for an artist space needs to be emailed to our vendor coordination team at toylantavendor@gmail.com.
